[Oh. Oh. So you're one of those guys. Roxas just shakes his head because yeah, he doesn't believe it.] So what, like a ninja? Somehow I don't think that works too well. [Then again...Bon Clay's limbs were big enough they could probably stomp him into the ground if he didn't bother moving.]

[Oh ye of little faith- Bon Clay's words about his looks DO have a certain element of truth to it... jjust not the one you would expect.

Being a shapeshifter can be VERY useful, you see~.]

Oho? Then how about this, blondie? See the console there? Apparently, it is used to set up some kind of copy of whatever you can imagine. So, why don't you pick some nasty from your world, or a number of them, and we'll see who does better against them!

Fine by me. [He's already heading that way as he's racking through the list of Nobodies and Heartless in his mind.] Sure you want me to do that? You don't know what kind of stuff we have back home.

It’s sweet that you’re worried about me kiddo, but as long as what you folks have can be undone with good old brute force, I think I’ll be right as rain~.

We'll see about that. [He finishes programming the computer or what-have-you, stepping away from the console.] Room two. Let's get going. [Roxas just thinks he outsmarted Bon Clay, but we'll see.] If you're really that confident, I guess I won't tell you what I just chose.

Oooh, keeping things on the downlow, are we~? Well, we’ll just have to see who comes out on top then!
[And so, Bon Clay enters the room… and what does he find there?]

[OOC: Sorry for the delay! Juggling multiple games- not always the easiest thing.]

[Roxas had to really dig deep on this one, pulling not only from his own memories, but Sora's as well. He doesn't say anything to Bon Clay as they enter the room, but he looks over for a reaction when they're greeted by a Groundshaker Heartless. Roxas just keeps his distance from the Heartless, summoning both Keyblades.]

Well?

[ooc: no worries! totally understand.]

[And when they enter the room, Bon Clay looks up.

And up.

And then up some more.]

You... y-you fight things of THIS size?!

[Roxas on the other hand almost seems calm.]

There are even bigger ones than that. This one is one Sora fought before though, so I'm not really sure how it'll react. Sure you want to go through with it?

[Okay- time to review facts here.

This thing was abso-goshdarn-lutely ENORMOUS, and yet the kid wasn't even prepping. He either had some kind of incredible power lurking beneath the surface or was playing some kind of dangerous gambit. And while he didn't know who Sora was... he did know he couldn't back down NOW of all times.]

Tch! I'm in too deep to back down now! But since you're the one who picked it, it's only fair you get to have the first shot at it, no~?

That's a wise choice on your part. Sending your opponent first to see what you're really up against without getting hit.

[But he doesn't complain, instead walking forward a bit to approach the Groundshaker. The Heartless...is pretty pissed. It starts to shake its head back and forth, body rearing up and thrashing about as Roxas suddenly takes off running to try and stay out of its way. The Groundshaker's head connects with his body, throwing him off to the side. He recovers though and moves back in to try again. Crap. How did Sora do this? Sora was a lion. The Groundshaker rears up again though and Roxas jumps, driving both of his Keyblades up into the chest of the monster rapidly over and over before it roars and falls over onto its side. It's only for a short amount of time, but Roxas still turns to look at Bon Clay.]

Second shot's all yours.

[Sora DID have the advantage of a supernaturally high jump, and access to the Groundshakers upper half...

Which is what Bon Clay intends to make full use of as well. Realizing the beast is downed, Bon rushes in and executes an impossibly high jump- higher even than High Jump!- and lands with a powerful kick to the behemoths back! But even if he's strong, the kick is only so effective against a giant this size, and it soon stands up again and... what is THIS?]

HEEY! THERE'S SOMETHING UP HERE! KEEP IT BUSY, I'LL DEAL WITH MATTERS UPSTAIRS!

[Roxas is almost ready to ask what exactly Bon Clay's planning, but he doesn't really get a chance as the Groundshaker gets to its feet.] Right! [And soon he's rushing back in, weaving in and out of the Groundshaker's legs and jumping to try and hit the Heartless emblem on the beast's chest. He backs off suddenly though and positions his Keyblades, jumping high in the air and sending forth three pillars of light. Not as effective as his usual thirteen, but it's good enough. He's hoping they'll stun the Groundshaker enough to give Bon Clay enough time to figure out what's going on up there.]

What's up there?

Some kind of biiiiig-!

[The Groundshakers second half is not pleased about Bon Clay attempting to attack it, and shows this in the least pleasant way possible- bolts of thunder. LOTS of them. Bon Clay runs and runs around the beasts back, dodge rolling and cartwheeling like mad to dodge the beams. But it is not dodging ENTIRELY madly- there is a pattern to it that brings him closer to the upper half, and the upper half only notices when it is too late... as Bon Clay leaps into the air and drives his foot down into the beasts head with a resounding THUD.

The hit stuns both top AND bottom, causing it to fall down and be paralyzed. And as Bon Clay unleashes his fists of fury, he calls out to the little guy-]

GET UP HERE AND HELP OUT, THIS GUY HAS SOME SERIOUS FIREPOWER!

[...no seriously, how the hell did Sora do this as a lion? Roxas wastes no time with really questioning that though before he's jumping up to join Bon Clay on the beast's back, throwing a few Strike Raids at its head. He doesn't pause very long before he unleashing a full-out attack, swinging and twirling Oathkeeper and Oblivion in circles to try and keep it down for as long as possible.]

Okay, that's good, but any other bright ideas?!

[And while the upper half conjures fire out of thin air to form a barrier around itself, Bon Clay is forced to stand back and wait for an opportunity to strike.]

Well I would hope you have something to counter all this magic everywhere, because I certainly-

[And then? The upper half turns invisible.
Enjoy.]

... don't.

[Hold that thought, dodging the fire and attempting to block with his Keyblades.] I'm not really into countering. [Mostly because Roxas' fighting style? He's heavy on offense, not so much defense. However, that plan's quickly thwarted when the Shaman-portion of the Groundshaker disappears. There's a frustrated growl at that and Roxas is backing up a little.]

Okay, new plan. Run. [And Roxas is just...you know, going to move out of the way because he knows better. He has to avoid the giant head of the Groundshaker while trying to guess where the Shaman's going to pop up, but he can't stay still.] As soon as he comes back though, be ready to take him out!

Nnngh... you're the one with weird magic swords, so you can hurt him more!

[Bon Clay then takes off, running around on the beasts back in the hopes that flailing around will draw the Shamans attention.]

Just keep on your toes and hit him before he hits me!

[Nrgh. Right, Bon Clay has a point. He has the Keyblades, he can do this!

...buuuut for now he's busy running and keeping out of the way.] Yeah, sure, just stay away from the head! [Mostly because that head? It's going to start rotating while the Shaman's mask starts spewing fire and magic. Roxas continues running around to avoid it, waiting until the Shaman comes back. Once it does, you can bet it's back to spinning and smashing with the Keyblades.]

The heeeaaaaagh!

[Bon Clay sees that head-rotation and does NOT want any part of it. Trying to evade the sudden fireballs all over the place is not an easy task, but he makes a valiant try at it. And when the damn thing de-cloaks Bon Clay CONTINUES to run around- trying to draw it's attack away with the odd kick to it's back, or just about generally make sure the squishy little kid doesn't get hit.]

[Squishy little kid eh? Roxas is a bit too preoccupied wailing on the Shaman mostly as much as he can before it can have a chance to disappear again, not even noticing Bon Clay until the last minute. He sees a kick from the corner of his eye suddenly though and he moves out of the way quickly, letting the foot connect with the back and Strike Raiding at the head.]

Just keep hitting him. Focus on the smaller one, not the big one! [Man, this thing better go down soon.]

[The Shaman, confused and angered by the dual assault now turns to focus on Bon Clay and winds his fist back to deliver a most punishing blow!

Unfortunately Bon Clay sees the attack coming a MILE away, and leads into the air before it can connect. And once there, he begins to spin... and spin. And spin. And spin. In the mere seconds it takes to go through the air Bon Clay spins so many times he builds up enough centrifugal force to not only send the Shaman slamming into the back of the Groundshaker, but in fact it bounces back once it hits the 'ground' and slams face down as well!]

Now! Do your think, kid!

[...very nice, Bon Clay. Very nice indeed. Roxas doesn't have time to compliment that particular attack though, seeing how he's gearing up for a finishing combo. Despite the powercap, Roxas still can control some of his abilities. He jumps up high in front of the Shaman, seemingly floating in midair before sending out three pillars of light that set a glow around the arena. Blue orbs start flying out of his hand, only one at a time but aiming at the head. Hoping that the beast is blinded and defenseless, Roxas comes down from floating and suddenly rushes at the Groundshaker, slashing it from side to side and ending it with one final spin. The Groundshaker roars in defeat and rears up, throwing the Shaman Heartless off of its back and pitching it forward. Said Heartless somersaults and lands on its face, cracking its mask then and as Roxas gets out of the way, the entire monster disintegrates into thin air.]

...so...now you know what kind of stuff we have in our world.

[The monsters fade away, and the room turns into the regular simulation-chamber. Bon Clay starts looking for towels the SECOND he returns because goodness, that was NOT an easy battle.]

I'd say- and you're one of the top-ranking banana there too, I presume?

[He shrugs as he watches, just dismissing his Keyblades and sighing.]

...maybe. I wouldn't really say that. [Because really, it's Sora that's the top-ranking banana here. But technically he's part of Sora, so...hm.] Okay yeah, something like that.
