In that case, I guess it'd have to depend on whether it's sincere. If you just have a mind, it should be a sincere mind. As long as it's no controlled by something, you know? Robots can have minds, but those minds are controlled by science, in a way. And their hearts are... batteries or whatever.

Hmmm. It would depend why the person lacks those feelings, for one. I've seen more than one case like that in my world-- for a number of different and reasons. Oftentimes there was the potential for those feelings to return-- or even just the memory of feeling.

And if they mirror another person's-- well. If they feel sincerely real to the person who's experiencing them, that's all that matters.
