It's funny how quickly people come and go from here, isn't it? Makes you wonder who chooses the ones to leave and why they're specifically chosen.

I think...I've run out of things to research. I guess that's what happens after two and a half years.

At least Xion's back. Hope she stays this time, but they seem to like her a lot. I want to know why.


[There's a small stick figure doodled out on the page. It looks like Sora, actually, but there's something off about it, considering the fact there's a black helmet drawn on the other edge of the paper as though it were thrown there by the figure.]

I'm still not any closer to really figuring it out. I'm running out of time, but what else am I supposed to do? Maybe I'll just stalk him for a while, or maybe his helmet has secret powers. I don't know. It'd be easier if everybody else believed me, but I know they don't, and I can't force them.

...maybe I should find something to do with my present from them. It's different than the one Pence had.

I've been researching about replicas basically. Homunculi, clones, that sort of thing. I've been trying to figure out where the line is between being real and being fake.

Where I come from there's a family that create homunculi. However they're really just created to be tools to be used by the family. From my understanding they only recently started creating them with emotions. Before a few decades ago the family considered even that to be too extravagant for a tool. They also had reduced lifespans but they have the capacity to use large amounts of prana at a time.

Where we're from, replicas aren't too common but there are a few that have been made just to be tools. But then there are some people who look exactly like clones, but they're not replicas. I'm working out the differences, considering the replicas aren't supposed to have emotions but they do now.

It sounds like the homunculi and replicas have similar properties.

Yes, it does. It's rather unusual that two separate worlds share something that is rather similar.

Are your replicas able to preform magecraft?

I'm finding that more and more people here have things in common with others even if they're from separate worlds.

...magic, to an extent. And both of them can summon a weapon if they choose to. Why?

Oh. Him. Yeah, I'm not surprised. Ventus is one of the handful of us here that can use a Keyblade. Or at least I think he can...he said he was an apprentice. Did he tell you much about them?

That they were magic and they could open doors... still seems pretty bizarre to me.

Open and close, actually. It can do other things, too.

It's not that. I like him just fine, but it's a strange situation.
