It's funny how quickly people come and go from here, isn't it? Makes you wonder who chooses the ones to leave and why they're specifically chosen.

I think...I've run out of things to research. I guess that's what happens after two and a half years.

Axel, maybe you were right.

At least Xion's back. Hope she stays this time, but they seem to like her a lot. I want to know why.

[There's a small stick figure doodled out on the page. It looks like Sora, actually, but there's something off about it, considering the fact there's a black helmet drawn on the other edge of the paper as though it were thrown there by the figure.]

I'm still not any closer to really figuring it out. I'm running out of time, but what else am I supposed to do? Maybe I'll just stalk him for a while, or maybe his helmet has secret powers. I don't know. It'd be easier if everybody else believed me, but I know they don't, and I can't force them.

...maybe I should find something to do with my present from them. It's different than the one Pence had.

[And soon he's just letting himself in, but not before there's a flash of light. SURPRISE PICTURE! He lowers the Polaroid camera from his face and grins at her.]

Seriously, this is the coolest thing ever.

[ a particularly startled Xion will show up on that photograph, but right now she's laughing. ]

Roxas! Warn me next time. [ she sits up a little in bed, putting aside the book she'd been reading earlier, along with her journal. ] C'mere, let me see!

It's not really that fun if I warn you ahead of time. [He grins a bit wider and crosses the room, being careful to not shift her too much as he sits on the bed and passes over the picture.] Then again, maybe you wouldn't look as funny if I did.

Hey, I don't look-- [ and then she sees it. ] ... okay, so I do look pretty funny. [ she sticks her tongue out at her surprised picture, then sets it on her bedside table, grinning. ]

Can I see the camera? This is so cool... we can take pictures now and put them up in our rooms!

It's okay, I've got some pretty funny pictures of Riku and Axel, too. Not that they know that. [He nods though and passes the camera over to her.]

Makes me wonder why they gave it to me.

Well, it's a nice present... maybe they felt like doing something good for once?
