Fifty-Sixth Keychain - [Voice/Action]

Man, what's up with this heat wave? Like three days last week and now the second day in a row this week? Axel, maybe you had it right. The ocean's sounding pretty good right now. It's probably too late in the day to get out there though.

[And maybe Axel was right about a few other things. Mainly, Roxas needs to be more of a teenager and less of researcher. So today he's taken the redhead's advice and enlisted in some tomfoolery of his own.

It just happens to be in the form of water balloons. A whole bucket of them, and he's sitting next to them outside of what would be KH house if it was visible to everyone.]

So...I've got a bunch of water balloons that are dying to be popped. Who's up for a fight? Some of you actually don't have a choice, but I'm pretty sure you know who you guys are.

[Don't ask him; he read about it in a book.]

[Sure enough, from the slits of her paw-sleeve things spring out metallic claws.]

Well, that's why I asked. I didn't know if anyone else could fly!

And what are we doing?!

[Even if you're still armed, Roxas, that might not help you very much. Axel has plans for you now. Terrible, terrible plans once he catches you.

Axel takes off after him, but quickly summons a dark corridor and steps through it, reappearing seconds later in front of Roxas to try and cut him off.]

What's the rush!

[Roxas was very sure that he was going to be able to sidestep Axel, really!

...until the taller Nobody uses the dark corridor to ambush him.]

Don't shoot it!

Even if they could, there's no way I'm allowing that. Nice try.

His name's Sora.

Uh. Wow. Um. [He's going to just stare.] They look...sharp.

Oh don't worry, I'm not.

[Instead Axel is making a grab for Roxas. COME HERE BLONDIE.]

Yeah. I like it here a lot better.

[And Roxas is going to try to move backwards, but he trips and quickly falls on his butt instead.

Well. Now what, Axel?]

You still want to stay here forever?

I don't, but... I don't want to leave all of the people I've met here, either.

[Roxas, you are the biggest derp. Axel chuckles as he sends the corridor away for now, advancing on the blonde with a smug look. Though he's also dripping wet so that might not be as effective as normal.

He comes to a stop just before Roxas and grins down at him. You're in for it, best friend.]

You proooobably shouldn't have done that.

Sora. ... Sora...

Isn't he that kid who wanted to start a sparring club once?

They're good for slashy-slashy things!

[Yes. This happens when your Other is a huge derp, too. He doesn't bother moving, knowing that he really doesn't have a chance for a quick escape and instead he just stares up...though yes, his lip is twitching a bit trying not to laugh. You look like a drowned cat, Axel.]

And what are you going to do about it?

There's gotta be a way to build a bridge or a road to connect this world to others. It's not uncommon where I'm from.

You could do some serious damage with those things. [A beat.] You sure you can throw balloons without popping them?

Yeah, that's him. Why do you ask?

We're having a water balloon fight. [Yes. He sounds so proud of himself, too.]

[Yep. That's not even talking about her combos. But she retracts her claws.]

...Maybe!

[When she retracts her claws, Roxas reaches into the bucket of water balloons he brought with him. It's only a few, if anything just to show people what they look like.]

Here, try one of these. [He tosses her a green one to see if she'll catch it or pop it.]
