Also, he's got a skateboard laying next to him as a present from the Mally-peoples, but that's not his main problem]

[grumbles]If I don't get down, nobody's getting presents. [yes, he broke down and picked out presents for Aros, Sora, Yuffie, Bella, Fina, and even a little something for Cloud, Xigbar, and Salt]

The Blue Rogues help out anyone who is in trouble. And to protect the villagers from harm if a situation like that should ever arise.

Well...we kind of kept to ourselves for the last two years. [Cloud does not mention that "we" means "I," and starts over to where he passed a little branching stream, figuring that Roxas wants to get that paint off.] Before that, we were a little too busy with other things to play a lot of pranks.

Yeah, it sounds nice when you put it that way. I'm pretty sure that's what the others were doing, at least. [Here's the stream Cloud passed, if Roxas wanted to wash his face off until he gets home to some soap.]

It's not really saving the world. [Cloud crouches beside Roxas. Kid sounds like he knows what he's talking about.] Everyone does something because they have a hand in it.

I don't know a lot about being a "hero", or saving the world. I just know what Sora knows, and I know what happens when two parties are too blinded by their own goals to see all they're doing is screwing up even more. People have to reach the bottom before they can start trying to fix things, try to save the world. Or, worlds, in some people's case.

Everything bad starts with a misunderstanding. [Cloud's murmuring and letting his fingers drift in the water.] Makes me wonder if there really is such a thing as the bad guy sometimes.

...really, the only true enemy we have is ourselves. It's our own thoughts and our own actions that cause bad things to happen.
