[here have a Roxas tied to a tree in the middle of the forest and wrapped up in bright Christmas lights with 'Merry Christmas!' and snowmen painted on his face, definitely not looking happy. feel free to find him like this. Also, he's got a skateboard laying next to him as a present from the Mally-peoples, but that's not his main problem]

... I don't think so... The only other fairy I know here is Miss Navi... but she doesn't seem to know anything about Weather Fairies.
