There's something strangely wrong here in Luceti. I can't figure it out, but...I don't like it. I wish I had more sources to use. But like Zexion said, in due time. Wonder if it can wait that long though.

Jenova can speak to the minds of people who have her cells inside of her body. When Kadaj was going around giving people Geostigma, they also got some of Jenova's cells because...well, that's the root of the disease. People like myself and a couple others had Jenova cells injected into our bodies due to...well, basically due to the SOLDIER process back in my world. It's a very, very messy story.

The power cap's stronger in the tunnels, right? Maybe something was riding shotgun with someone? And got shut down more than it already was?
