So let's say that someone recently showed up in this place, but they're from a time where they remember you differently. How can you tell them about how things are in the future without ruining everything? And this isn't just a "oh I moved away" sort of difference, this is something a lot bigger...like memories.

727 days. Nearly two years, and I still don't see any signs of me going home anytime soon. Should I consider that a good thing or a bad thing? For those of you who have been here that long, what do you think?

If I've been counting right, yeah. I've heard of people being here even longer than that.

Does a lot of crazy stuff happen to you here?

[ shutting her journal to head on up there. ]

Not really a lot of crazy stuff, but usually when it does happen it's really crazy. Just being here I've shrunk, I've swapped bodies with somebody, I heard voices in my head...that's just the basic stuff.

[And he won't even answer. He's sitting up there with two ice cream bars in his hand, Neapolitan in his lap and just waiting. The kitten's at least sleeping, but Roxas is sitting a little further back away from the edge just in case.]

[ She gets there pretty quickly, having been in their apartment when she saw his message. Xion moves over and sits down beside him without a word, though she smiles a little at the ice cream bars. She reaches over to give Nea a light scritch around the ears, hoping not to wake her. ]

[Aang is going to take a moment to compute this. Because his brain is just like: what?]

That's crezy! I mean, really crazy!

[Nea purrs lightly and it's about then that Roxas tunes in that the girl bff is sitting next to him.] Hi. [And thus there is an ice cream bar being shoved practically under Xion's nose.]

[ a quiet laugh as she takes the ice cream. ] Hi. [ she takes a small bite from it, still petting Nea with her other hand. ]

[Well Aang, any sane person would be like that, no worries.]

Sometimes it's really not that bad though. It's kind of hit-or-miss. You must be new here, right?

[Annnnd stalling a little bit while thinking how to word this.] How are you? [Om nom ice cream. And Nea is enjoying the pettings thanks.]

... a little tired, but I'm okay. [ nice loaded question, Roxas. Though the way Xion's expression dims a little when he asks probably says a lot. ]

Yeah...me too. [Taking another bite of his ice cream then. It's probably that look that makes him just jump right in.] ...so hey. I talked to Riku the other day. Did you know that?

[Action]

[ she shifts a little, drawing her hand away from Nea as she blinks at Roxas. gonna take a bite of her ice cream before she responds. ] That you spoke to him? No... how did it go?

[Action]

Surprisingly? It went better than most of my conversations with him, but it was really weird. Not just kind of weird, very weird.

[ considering how poorly her own conversation with him went, Xion doesn't really react to that. ] Weird how?

Weird in the way that he actually told me that I was right about everything? I'm not sure if I believe him...I told him I didn't believe him entirely. But he was going on about understanding it now and how he didn't before.

If you're looking for an easy way to tell him—there isn't one.

It's just...I don't even know if I got a chance to tell Olette when she was here. This is Hayner. He's going to freak out.

[ Xion is silent for a moment, looking out over the view and taking a bit of her ice cream as she thinks. ] ... he keeps saying that, yeah. He told me he doesn't want the Keyblade anymore. [ another pause. ] I don't know exactly what he went through at home, but he has that sword now... the one he had when the Organization found out about him. It's nice if he could let the Keyblade go, but I just... [ am not ready to deal with it yet? don't totally believe him? Xion just trails off. ]

Does he even need to know?

...that's why I wanted to talk to you. I don't trust him, especially after what he said and did to you.

As for what he went through...hard to say. Naminé would know if she were here, but Sora doesn't remember. [There's a pause though as he just glances at her.] The Soul Eater thing? Really? I haven't seen him yet, I just talked to him. It's just...like I said, I'm not sure I believe him just yet. Wanted to know what you thought.
