[Racing into the apartment building! He's been to Naoto's place enough times to know where he's going, so as soon as they're both inside he's slamming the door so the ducks can't get in.]

Never have I been more grateful ducks don't have hands.

[Except Donald. But that's kind of different. And if Donald were chasing them, well, Roxas is pretty sure he couldn't distract him with bread.]

[With the door shut and them inside, Naoto leans against the wall and takes a deep breath. She chuckles after a minute]

Mm. I don't believe I can imagine such a thing.

[perplexme]

It's...more possible than you think. But that's a totally different subject. At least they can't fly up this high and get in through the windows, right?

[fortuneprince]

I don't believe they can. They have yet to at least. [Thank god] Have you met a duck with hands?

[perplexme]

...sort of. Sora has...Donald has hands and he's really good with his staff.

[fortuneprince]

That isn't surprising. Sora-kun has seen and been through some unusual things.

[perplexme]

I think we all have...all of us from my world, I mean. But it's not like you guys haven't been through weird stuff too, you know?

[fortuneprince]

I suppose so. [Naoto chuckles lightly] I have experienced some rather odd things in my world, yes. Teddie being one of the most unusual.

[perplexme]

Who's Teddie?

[fortuneprince]

Teddie is a friend of mine back in my world. Souji-senpai first encountered him in the TV world. He was born a shadow but he managed to somehow develop his own ego and therefore created his own shadow and later on it turned into his persona.

[perplexme]

...so he's not real. [He's like a Nobody?] How was that possible?

[fortuneprince]

None of us are entirely sure how Teddie was capable of dong such a thing, considering how he was born. I assume that after he began to experience human emotions and thoughts, he gradually became more and more like a normal human, creating his own ego instead of being the ego himself.

[perplexme]

...sounds a lot like us. We were born from people...Axel said I was like a zombie when I was first born but then I started developing into a human.

[fortuneprince]

I recall you say something like that once. [She looks down, bringing a hand to her chin as she thinks] There are quite a few similarities between you two...

[perplexme]

Teddie's not here, is he?

[fortuneprince]

Sadly, no, he isn't. If he was here before I arrived, Rise-san hasn't told me so I am not completely sure if he was ever here.

[perplexme]

So what's happened to him in your world?

[fortuneprince]

Because we were able to defeat Izanami and lift the fog in his world, Teddie vowed to stay in his world. Of course, I doubt he'll stay there for long. He has a job of his own on our side and likes it there.

[perplexme]

Does that mean he can travel back and forth whenever he wants?

[fortuneprince]

Yes. Teddie is the only one capable of entering and leaving the other world on his own. We can only enter on our own.

[perplexme]

So what's stopping you from learning how to leave and enter too?

[fortuneprince]

Along with the rest of the investigation team, I am capable of entering the TV world on my own, but without Teddie, there is no way for us to exit. For an unknown reason, Teddie can create a portal that leads back to our world. We don't have that ability whatsoever.

[perplexme]

Really. So how long were you guys stuck in the TV world before you met Teddie?

[fortuneprince]

I wasn't there when the others first met Teddie, but I had heard that Souji-senpai, Yosuke-senpai and Chie-senpai were all trapped for a few hours within the TV before Teddie arrived to let them out.

[perplexme]

Hours? Man...it all sounds so surreal, but I know you can't be making that up. How many times did they go before you went with them?
