If they can break Xion, is it possible they can break the rest of us like that? I can't seem to get a straight answer on that.

Things have been quiet lately...no Vanitas activity, which is pretty weird. Wonder what that means.

...probably means the same thing as Aqua disappearing right after that experiment. Nothing, but it's still suspicious. I kinda miss her. The real Keyblade Master...having her as my mom wasn't terrible...and having a dad and brothers wasn't bad either. I shouldn't be thinking about it now, but I can't seem to get it out of my head. I actually have memories of having my own family. Not Sora's. Mine. I guess all I can do is store it.

[Until he gets approached, Roxas is going to hang out outside of KH house on the path. In his hand is his polaroid camera he received for Christmas, and in front of him is his skateboard from his first Christmas in Luceti. Seems normal, right? Well. Not until you take into account that there is a cat sitting on the skateboard and Roxas is pushing the board gently back and forth with his foot.]

Do they make cat-sized skateboards? This is the only one I have.

I don't know. I'm not very knowledgeable about these things. [ ... ] You could try asking someone to make one for you, though. Someone may just be bored enough to do it.

That's true...but Nea might not cooperate that long. He's kind of finicky like that.

... I could see how boredom would be a problem here. It's fine for a vacation, but being relocated to an isolated area would get boring quickly. There isn't even a theme park here.

There was once, around Halloween a few years ago. It was actually really cool but they got rid of it after a week.

Hectic is a severe understatement, but I can't think of a better word to describe it. All I know is, compared to then, things are incredibly slow right now.

Huh...take a breather, then. It's actually pretty rare that things are really this slow. They like to spring things on us here without warning.

Then should I be expecting one of their "experiments" to happen at any given minute?

I wouldn't say any given minutes since they seem to like throwing experiments at us and taking a break to plan the next one. You just missed out, actually. Lucky you.

It's very possible. However, it feels better to think of it as good timing.

Sure. You might be one of the lucky ones. I've heard of a few people managing that...I just haven't figured out how.

Not really. It all seems random. But...there has to be a pattern we're just not seeing. I don't know what it is yet.

Perhaps there is no pattern. It may very well be based upon luck or how the Malnosso feel that day.

Everything has to have a pattern...just has to. They might just want us to think that way though.

There's nothing wrong with making guesses. But it's also not a bad idea to get a lay of the land first. It took me a while to get used to everything around here. Now it's like I just know when to expect a shift.
