I only have one simple question for everybody.

[Which is a surprise in and of itself. For Roxas, who generally asks lots of questions and pokes and prods at everything, simple isn't exactly something that fits in his vocabulary.]

What do you do when you've run out of things to do? [A pause.] I mean I've been here for 1,558 days. My cat refuses to keep up his painting and skateboarding lessons. ~~Axel's still gone, and Xion has Luke.~~ Time...moves really fast, and I guess I'm just now noticing.

At least it's close to Christmas again. I've really grown to like the snow and the holiday, maybe almost as much as Sora. Heh. All right, I don't think anyone can love Christmas as much as he can. That'll be something to keep me busy for a while, but what then? I think I've read almost every book in the library by now. Is there more that I can learn still, or does it all just stop?

Anyway, I don't really expect an answer, but I'd appreciate it if anyone had some advice.

The possibility of those people being a part of those who wrote these memoirs seems unlikely because [She points to one memoir specifically] here one states that they had reached their seventh cycle. We have yet to reach our own. This group must have been here long before our arrival, perhaps a decade or two prior. Not to mention that our enclosure currently has no desert, as it's mentioned twice in the memoirs.

[“Nico once went so far into the desert that he found some old wreckage. Was someone here before us?”

She wonders to herself if this has happened before, the disappearance of a group within this or any enclosure and then another is sent in years later to start anew]

That's true. [He's still not ruling it out though. For all they know, these memoirs could have been written by people that were then reprogrammed and dumped into Luceti. It's happened to him in his world, so...still though, he's poring over the memoirs and analyzing as best as he can.] Obviously the next question then is where did they go? That's a lot of people to get rid of.

Unfortunately that is a question I cannot answer, only theorize on with what clues we possess. As I said, it's possible they were abducted by the Malnosso and moved to another enclosure--[her finger moves to "“They’ve taken everyone. Everyone. What do I have left? What’s the point of this place? Why have the gods abandoned me here?”]

--or eliminated by them or by a separate party. [Then to "“How is setting the village on fire an experiment!?”]

Or this is something set up by the Malnosso and they were never real at all...

That is also a possibility that cannot be overlooked. However that is yet another thing we cannot prove without the proper evidence. [Which would be difficult to find if the Malnosso set this up.

There's a small sigh in her voice] This is the reason why I told you that I currently can go no further with this case. Assumptions can be made all day but without evidence or a lead, there's nothing I can do. I may have to return to the tunnels to scan the area again.

Probably. Reconnaissance is sort of my specialty, did I ever mention that?

Yes, I believe you did. [It was a long time ago but she remembers] Though you have yet to tell me about many of your reconnaissance missions. [That's her way of asking for a story.]

Man...it'd take a really long time to tell you everything...but that was my job in the Organization. They used to send me to all kinds of worlds to check out disturbances in the area and take down Heartless.

What kind of disturbances had there been? What did they range from?

Mostly just Heartless and Nobodies messing with the area and getting in the way of our plans. [...he shakes his head.] Their plans. Not my plans. I had my own agenda to get to.

[She blinks at that] Their plans concerning Kingdom Hearts?

Yup. Those plans. You remember what I told you about those plans?
